On our second night of unraveling this villain appeal mystery , Noth the Plaguebringer finally stopped playing hard to get and remained on the dancefloor for long enough for his hitpoints to dwindle. Breathe no more!

This victory opens another path into Naxxramas, we shall see where we end up treading next. In the words of Anub’Rekhan: ” Where to go? What to do? So many choices that all end in pain, end in death.”
Maybe this will also allow us to break the current streak of soulstone victory celebrations :)

A low attendance detour to bwl (hello worldcup). A routine kill of Anub’Rekhan and learning another wing’s trash. A server crash during a Razuvious clear which fortunately did not roll back our first two trash drops. What could possibly come out of such a week?

We had to make up for lost time.

Having motivated backup players certainly helped.

On Sunday, we managed to reunite the poison-spitting Grand widow Faerlina with her deceased husband. I’m sure every warlock who ever held a firestone envied her melee hits… We then continued our spider wing week with several wipes on Maexxna. When Dragonscale finally ran out of spider sausage, Maexxna calmed down enough to let us succeed in a late but obviously almost perfect attempt.

Maexxna rewarded us with something we’d probably have prefered to receive from Faerlina instead, but who are we to complain? :)
